NEW YORK

The Maccabees / Webster Hall / June 13

Orlando and co are back on top form with third LP ‘Given To The Wild’, so much so that a one-off date in the US has been squeezed in amongst their busy European summer tour. The boys from Brighton will cross the Atlantic for one night only at New York’s Webster Hall. We were lucky enough to catch The Maccabees in London earlier this year; expect the perfect balance of beautifully polished new material and raucous indie classics. Tickets go on sale today.

LONDON

Laura Marling / Royal Albert Hall / July 7

Princess of folk Laura Marling has announced a highly anticipated homecoming show at London’s Royal Albert Hall. The singer-songwriter has been supporting Andrew Bird on his North American tour, and will play an impressive string of headline shows (including New York’s Prospect Park and Chicago’s Atheneum Theater) before returning to the British Isles for a grandstand tour finale in London, and at Latitude Festival. Tickets for the Royal Albert Hall show go on sale this morning and are likely to get snapped up. Don’t miss out!

AMSTERDAM

The Stone Roses / Heineken Music Hall / June 12

The gargantuan reformation of The Stone Roses continues, with a huge Amsterdam show lined up for 12th June. With over twenty concerts penned for the summer months already, including an epic three night residency in hometown Manchester, Ian Brown and co are getting straight back into the thick of it! New material is on the cards as well, with online chatter hinting record deals with Universal and Columbia. Music fans of Amsterdam, be on your marks this morning — tickets won’t be around for long!
