Cat Power / US Tour / October 11 – November 8

It’s been six long and lonely years since we were treated to an original Cat Power release. If this summer’s teasers ‘Ruin’ and ‘Cherokee’ are anything to go by, the wait has been totally worth it; new album ‘Sun’ hits the shelves in September, and we could not be more excited. The songstress will take her sultry power and energy on a tour of US concert halls in the fall, and you’d be crazy to miss out. Tickets on sale tomorrow!

Moogfest / Festival / October 26-27

This music festival in the heart of Asheville North Carolina celebrates the vision of Robert Moog, the man who pioneered electronic music. This year’s event has a stellar line-up, playing host to Primus, Orbital, Miike Snow, and many more. Definitely one not to be missed! Grab your tickets at 12pm Eastern.

Mystery Jets / UK Tour / November 4 – 29

The Two Doors Down songsters have just announced a large UK tour, kicking things off in Oxford, and ending at London’s Royal Festival Hall. The band released their fourth album earlier this summer, so expect to hear a mix of the old and the new on this tour! Tickets for all dates go on sale tomorrow.

Passion Pit / UK Tour / November 13 – 20

After they play Reading and Leeds later this month, Passion Pit will be coming back to the UK before 2012 ends. The indie rock band have planned a six date UK tour after a successful summer, following their sophomore album. Passion Pit will start their short stint in the UK in Glasgow, before taking their layered synth pop down to London.
