Calling All Artists: Get More Fans To Your Shows with Tourbox

We started Songkick because we’re all huge live music fans. It sounds cheesy, but we believe that a great concert can change your life. At its best, a great show is an incredible shared experience between artists and fans, and for us it’s what music is all about. We want every fan and artist out there to have that experience.

We’ve spent the past few years trying to make it incredibly easy for music fans to go to more concerts, and it’s starting to work. The average fan using Songkick goes to twice as many shows the year after they start using us, and we’re proud to say that we’re now the second largest concert site in the world after Ticketmaster with almost six million monthly users who find out who find out about concerts every month on the web, and through our iPhone and Spotify apps.

We’re passionate about finding innovative ways to bring fans and artists closer together. We’ve celebrated users like Songkicker fintanstack who reached the great milestone of attending 500 past events recently. Check out his full gigography here.

Today, we’re expanding our mission to enable artists to join Songkick’s community of people who believe in the power of live music. We’re excited to tell you about Tourbox, our revolutionary new publishing tool for artists. It’s super easy-to-use. Simply enter your tour dates, once, and we publish them everywhere. Automagically they hit Songkick, Spotify, SoundCloud and YouTube as well as on an artist’s website, Facebook and Tumblr. Tourbox helps musicians at any stage of their career power their tour listings across all of their pages and profiles.

We want people to discover concerts everywhere they are listening to music. Leading independent booking group, The Windish Agency shares our vision for getting more people out to more shows. We have worked together during the Tourbox development phase. Artists already using the full suite of tools in Tourbox include The Windish Agency artists M83, Art vs Science and Cloud Nothings, as well as M Ward, Soundgarden, Attack Attack!, of Montreal and and label websites including Universal Music and Domino.
