Radiohead / UK Tour / October 6 – October 9

Fitter. Happier. More productive. Aren’t we all, now that Radiohead have announced their triumphant return to home soil! Not since a secret show at Glastonbury 2011 has the band played in the UK, and having spent the best part of 2012 announcing mammoth shows across the globe (Coachella, Bilbao BBK and Fuji Rock, to name a few), this announcement couldn’t come soon enough. Thom Yorke and co will play the Manchester Arena on October 6th, followed by two shows at the O2 Arena on the 8th and 9th. Latest record King Of Limbs is set to feature heavily, along with some crazy sounding new material. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 9am GMT, don’t miss out!

Pitchfork Music Festival 2012 / Union Park, Chicago IL / July 13 – July 15

As each Pitchfork festival goes by, you have to wonder how they’ll trump the line-up next time around. One of these days, it won’t be physically possible. But until then, feast your eyes on this. Vampire Weekend are back, and they’ll be joined by Feist, Hot Chip, Grimes, Godspeed You… and more, for a tip-top weekend of sunshine and music in Chicago’s Union Park. Best Coast / US Tour / May 18 – June 3

It’s been a busy 2012 for Bethany Cosentino. What with writing a new album, releasing her own clothing line and tweeting about her celebrity cat ‘Snacks’, it’s hard to imagine where a tour schedule would fit in.
